Sunrise Sailing Charters

Sunbird is a 35-foot Seawind 1000 extended sailing catamaran made for carefree days on the Gold Coast. Operated by the fun-loving Sunrise Sailing Charters team, she combines relaxed sailing with swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, floating mats, beach games and the simple pleasure of spending time together on the water.

The stable catamaran layout gives guests plenty of room to settle in, enjoy the sunshine and watch the coastline unfold. Every cruise includes a skipper and crew, so the whole group can relax into the experience while Sunbird moves across the calm waterways around Main Beach and the Broadwater.

Private charters welcome up to 20 guests and can be shaped around birthdays, proposals, weddings, corporate occasions, memorials or an easygoing gathering with friends. Groups can bring their own food and drinks or add catering, while the barbecue, esky and activity equipment create all the ingredients for a memorable day afloat.

Sunbird’s lunch cruises pair four hours on the water with a generous meal and a mix of sailing and aquatic fun. Sunset cruises slow the pace down with afternoon refreshments and glowing Gold Coast views, while the full-day Jumpinpin experience reaches a peaceful beach destination accessible only by boat.
