“Popped in on a small purchase for a little job, more nuisance than anything of interest to the staff but was very pleasantly surprised by the attention given to us by the young lady on duty on a wet Sunday morning. She wanted to know we had the right cable for the task but did so in the friendliest of ways, nothing pushy, just good care and attention to detail. My wife commented as we left that it would be great if more retailers had such nice staff! We'll definitely be back for bigger purchases!”
