“I had an appointment, but I still had to wait for more than 43minutes before being seen. The receptionist explained that early morning appointments are recommended because patients need to fast before the scan. However, despite booking in advance, the waiting time was much longer than expected. I understand that delays can happen, but a wait of over 43minutes after a scheduled appointment was inconvenient and resulted in a significant amount of time being spent waiting. Better communication about expected delays or improved scheduling would help provide a better patient experience It seems that walking in without an appointment may actually be faster than booking one in advance.”

“Amazing staff with great care for patients. We got here at 8.15pm and the radiology was closed. However when the radiographer saw us, she opened up the clinic and turned on the X-ray machine for us so she could do the imaging. I’ve never experienced such amazing care for patients!!
