“The receptionist booked me in for the wrong type of appointment after I read out entire referral and even double checked. Then they cancelled my appointment which both my partner and I had to take work off for, 1.5 hours before the appointment. Terrible service.”
Hi Dom, we’re very sorry to hear this happened. We understand how frustrating and inconvenient it must have been after confirming the referral details and arranging time away from work. We take feedback like this seriously and would like the opportunity to investigate what occurred. Please contact us at feedback@marinaradiology.com.au so we can follow this up with you directly. warm regards, Marina Radiology.
“As a middle aged Australian male production worker who had torn bicep playing battfield 6. this place made me feel more positive and better about my situation than my own Mum. Thanks to the stuff at Wantirna.”
We’re really glad the Wantirna team helped you feel supported and more positive, Bindi — that means a lot. Wishing you a smooth recovery with your bicep, and we’ll be sure to pass your feedback on to the staff.
“Very rude and disrespectful. Ill never go there again.”
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience Tiffanie. This is not reflective of the service we strive to deliver, and we’d appreciate the chance to follow up. Please contact us at feedback@marinaradiology.com.au Thankyou, Marina Radiology.
“Went for a 3 week Xray check up for my 3 year old after a tibia fracture and was referred by the Dr to Marina. After the Xray, pictures were taken all was fine until the results were reported as inconclusive- 20 minutes later. Re :report- could not see the fracture and no previous reports accessible. (ie; rolled ankle-which to be precise was a tibia fracture. Not a rolled ankle) Even after I have approached the receptionist, she would not accept the letter from the previous imaging centre as the radiologist has made a report. So, to say the least we came all the way to get an Xray follow up done with an inconclusive result. And benefits being claimed for. If the Xray scans were not visible through the cast, the lady that had taken them should have told us to do it again unless it was done by student or an inexperienced tech. Not sure how I could explain the experience any mother could have had, wasted both our time and not recommending anyone to go here.”
Hi Jlaine, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your experience at our Wantirna branch. Marina Radiology prides itself on providing a high quality service with care, compassion and commitment. Therefore, we treat all complaints very seriously so if you could you please send us further details to feedback@marinaradiology.com.au so we can investigate this for you. Kind regards, Marina Radiology

Deen Maar (the island and adjacent coastal region off south‑west Victoria) is a small but significant offshore island and coastal protected area offering dramatic cliffs, important seabird and seal habitat, cultural values for Gunditjmara and Eastern Maar Traditional Owners, and a clear contrast between exposed Bass Strait seascape and the comparatively sheltered waters inside the Moyne/Port Fairy approaches. From the water it is best treated as an ecological and cultural landmark rather than a place for casual landings: recreational boating activity is concentrated at Port Fairy, Killarney, Y
