“Very bad customer service, we asked for help to look for a rod for our son, and to connect reel & line, the sales person told us sarcastically 'do you also want me to go to the creek and fish for you? We dont provide this service '. We left and went to Sportys Fishing Bundall were the owner spent more than 1 hour set up 2 rods for us!!”
