“Very poor service today. Front desk attendant called back to another guy to retrieve my $900 order from out back. While waiting for the out back guy to return with my goods, I asked the first guy for some assistance to purchase some more goods from the store. He said he was busy on a task for someone else, but the guy coming out would help me. Fair enough. The guy from out back brought out my goods, but one item was damaged. He made out like I was being difficult for not being pleased receiving a damaged item. On top of that, when I asked if he could help me find some other goods to purchase, he said he didn't want to help me. Only 2 guys in the store, both not wanting to help a customer buy some goods. I won't be going back there again.”

“Good selection but the knowledge factor of the staff is just not there. I called asking for a specific product, was told it was there, drove there to find out they have never stocked it. Friendly assistance that helped me in person.”
