Yard services include hardstand, a paint shed and sandblasting bay, pressure washing, power and water, environmental waste controls and onsite trades. The operator publishes a separate charge for temporary wharf use connected to yard work, but does not advertise a general recreational marina. Neighbouring Prince of Wales Bay Marina supplies berthing and fuel as a separate business.

The July 2026 schedule also lists a temporary wharf-berth charge; this is not a general marina berth inventory. Confirm lift dimensions, booking and current charges directly with the yard.
This yard is in the Prince of Wales Bay maritime precinct. Berthing, fuel and pump-out at the nearby marina are separate services and should not be attributed to CleanLIFT.
