The working marine facility offers a practical base for maintaining, preparing and enjoying a boat.
Facilities include showers, waste pump-out, monitored shore power, fresh water, controlled gate access, 24-hour surveillance and onsite parking. Vessel management covers washdowns, polishing, hull cleaning, scheduled checks and coordination of trusted marine trades. A 45-tonne travel lift can handle boats up to 70 feet, supported by a hardstand, three-phase power and a 40-foot paint shed for repair and refit work.
Newport sits near the southern end of Pittwater, giving quick access to sheltered bays and the Broken Bay entrance. Offshore passages require normal weather and sea-state planning, while local movements should account for ferry routes, moorings and busy weekend traffic. Shops, dining and marine businesses are close by in Newport, and the wider Pittwater service network is readily accessible.

The area suits sheltered day sailing, weekend cruising and short coastal passages; it’s appropriate for trailer sailors, small cruisers and a
