“Good shop, had every thing me and my friends needed but we were unfortunately accused of stealing from the shop. There was this lady who kept following us around and asked to scan everything we touched. We went over across the road to anaconda to buy some bait for the next day to find 4 anaconda workers waiting outside for us and almost didn’t even let us into the store. We were originally goi bf to go and have a look around for some tackle and buy the bait we needed but they only let us go in for the bait and didn’t keep an eye off of us. Overall a good shop but if you are under 13 you are apparently a criminal.”
“Normal bcf, but more limited selection of frozen baits IMO. Located on the second floor, stairs or a lift, parking underneath. Signage could be better, missed the place first time there.”
“Had a lot better experience with a return to this BCF this time. They were very friendly and helpful over the phone and in person. Thank you :). 5 years ago: Good medium sized BCF store. But I had issues returning a cook top which stopped lighting during a 3 week camping trip. The store claimed it was because one of the nobs must have got bent when it was packed in the car. I don't see how the item was fit for camping purposes if it couldn't survive being stored in a vehicle with other camping gear.”
“Great customer service and customer experience.”
“Great service! Kai, Callum and Leon really helped us out & made the whole shopping process easy with their knowledgeable support and kindness!”
Adelaide’s metropolitan coast fronts the eastern side of Gulf St Vincent and mixes short, sheltered bay sailing around Holdfast Bay and the Patawalonga with more exposed, open-water sailing north toward Outer Harbour and along the Le Fevre Peninsula. The area suits a wide range of activity — sheltered day sails, club and trailer-sailer racing, short coastal cruising into the Fleurieu and Yorke Peninsula, and launch-and-home-port racing — but demands local knowledge about shipping channels, tidal flows in the Port River/Outer Harbour approaches, and seasonal wind patterns.
Warranties, returns and repairs for boating gear bought overseas depend on the seller’s terms, the manufacturer’s international support, and your rights under Australian consumer law — expect longer timeframes, extra cost for shipping and customs, and possible limits on local repairs. Always check the seller’s returns policy and the manufacturer’s warranty before buying.
