From the beginning James gave me the best customer service that put me in control of what I wanted. He and his team were open to anything and also saved me money on things in their experience were not needed. (Ie trim tabs were not needed because of the excellent reverse chimes) they built in. I questioned myself daily on the spend of a new boat until I received my 6.5 hard top. If I had more money I would have paid more. I cannot be happier with the stability and power and just how proud I am of my new Lux boat The entire experience with James, Ayden and the workers at the factory were incredible. They treated the boat like it was their own and were so excited when owners turned up for a viewing..
