“I got a quote over the phone, with a man I could not understand, his English was very bad, and because I couldn't understand him properly, he was getting a tad angry. This is the reason I didn't go with new wave. Turned me off right away.”

“They advertised in a search with the heading.... "cheap boat insurance" but their quote was 300% (3 times the price) of my current insurance renewal offer from RACQ. Same cover values.”
“Tried to take out a new policy with new wave and they denied us because we hadn’t had insurance on our caravan in the last 3 months and we have had no previous claims. This took over 3 days to even find out this Information and I had to call them. Because of the wait we now only have one day to find insurance as it’s a public holiday and then the weekend. So thanks for wasting our time.”
