“Had generally good experiences before I dropped by today to ask about a replacement compass. The bloke made me feel kind of dumb, telling me it’s an online only shop, even though they have stock on display and ‘ In-person showroom browsing’. Like, how dare I come into the shop and ask about compasses.”

“Very disappointing experience with Boat Warehouse. I placed an order on Monday and specifically called before purchasing to confirm that the item could be delivered within the same week. I was assured it would be possible, yet by Thursday my order had still not even been shipped. When I called to ask for an update and express my concerns, the customer service experience was even worse. Tash was rude, dismissive, and ended the call by hanging up on me instead of trying to help resolve the issue. Delays can happen, but poor communication and disrespectful customer service are unacceptable. If you can't meet the delivery timeframe you promised, at least be honest with your customers and treat them with courtesy when they call for an update. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had, and I won't be purchasing from Boat Warehouse again.”
