International Certificate of Competence (ICC)
An internationally recognised certificate of competence for skippers of pleasure craft, issued under UNECE Resolution 40 and often required by charter companies and authorities in Europe; Australians can obtain one via the RYA or IYT after a course or assessment at a recognised training centre.
